The crepe is made by weaving with double twisted yarns. The result is a lustrous fabric with a certain elasticity and great flow. 

Many kimonos and haori, especially those intended for ceremonies, are made in crepe, because of its exceptional drape and the lustre of its fibres. This fabric is perfect for blouses, dresses and trousers with lots of movement.

Machine wash at low temperature, gentle cycle, preferably inside out, to ensure long life. Do not use bleach or whiteners, spin very gently, iron at a very low temperature with a cloth on top.
