1/100 architectural model "Kyoto"
Terada Mokei, 1/100 scale model "Kyoto"
In this architectural model on a scale of 1/100, Naoki Terada invites us to a classic image of Kyoto, in which a geisa and an apprentice geisha (maiko) walk in the vicinity of a bamboo forest, next to a Zen garden. While they delight in contemplating the stone garden, a car pulled by a boy approaches the two women.
The careful detail allows us to know that those walking are a geisha and an apprentice, as the sleeves of the young maiko's kimono are longer than those of the geisha, as required by the etiquette.
The pieces come die-cut, in different colours, on a flat cardboard of 103 x 147 mm (the approximate size of a postcard, which is perfect for sending as a gift by post).
THE SCENE IS NOT ASSEMBLED.
To assemble it, you will need a precision cutter, a cutting base, a metal ruler, a marker, some tweezers and some glue.
Package size: 165 x 107 mm
