Vintage silk wall panel 'Kaede'

Blue silk piece with a white maple leaves motif.

Original vintage fabric from the workshops of dyeing artists. The motif has been drawn by hand using a reserve, after which the piece has been dyed in its final color. Later, the reserve is removed, and the motif remains in the original white of the piece.

This fabric has a great drape, perfect for framing, as a decoration or to use in your most special creations.

On the sides of the piece you can see the small marks left by the needles of the loom. This piece has a slight decoloration area (see photo)

The piece is delivered cut, without hem at the superior and inferior ends.
