Japanese fabric of red and blue darumas on a white background
Double gauze cotton 100%. Our softest and lightest fabric of funny darumas in red and blue on a white background.
The darumas represent the bodhidharma monk, founder of Zen Buddhism. In Japan, darumas figurines made of paper mache are commonly given someone who has to take an exam, reach a goal or overcome any other tests. They usually have two eyes, one is painted when the test to overcome is set, and when the desired test is completed, the second one is painted, completing the figure.
On this soft fabric the darumas float freely. You can use it to make, for example, great scarves that will give a fun wink to your look.
