Japanese haori (kimono jacket) with landscape motif in black.

The haori, or kimono jacket, is a jacket to wear over the kimono. Give it a second life and dare to wear it over jeans, slim trousers....It will look great, both in a formal or casual look.

Vintage hahori in black silk with a landscape motif woven into the black background. 

It has a kamon, or family crest in the form of paulownia leaves, on the back.

The sleeves and upper body are lined with off-white damask silk, with a seigaiha (wave) and plant motif.

The width of the garment has been extended from the armhole by a few centimetres on each side.

It has a drawstring, or haori-himo, for fastening.

On the inside, on the right side of the lining, there are three small stains, imperceptible when you wear it (see photo).
